Terms of Service
Last updated: September 13, 2025
These Terms govern your use of Foreverly. Please read carefully — by using our services you agree to these terms.
1. What Foreverly Does
Foreverly enables event hosts and guests to collect, store and share photos, videos, and related content. We provide uploading tools, event links / QR codes, and galleries so communities can gather memories in one place.
Plain English: our service scope is limited — we aren’t responsible for anything and everything.
2. Your Content
You retain ownership of any photos, videos or other material you upload. By uploading content you grant Foreverly a limited license to store, process, and display that content as necessary to provide the service.
You must ensure you have the rights to upload and share any content you submit.
3. Content Moderation
You may not upload content that is illegal, abusive, infringing, or that violates any applicable law or the rights of others. Foreverly may remove or block content that violates these terms.
4. Storage & Retention
Uploaded content is stored securely for 1 year from the event date. After the retention period, content may be deleted automatically.
Risk note: users should not rely on Foreverly for permanent archival storage.
5. Use of the Service
You agree not to misuse the service (for example: hacking, scraping, reverse-engineering, reselling access, or circumventing protections). The service is provided "as is" without warranties.
6. Liability & Disclaimers
Foreverly is not liable for user uploads that are inappropriate or infringing, for content deleted after the retention period, or for outages from third-party services (hosting, integrations, etc.).
Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you paid to Foreverly (if any) in the twelve months prior to a claim.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms as Foreverly evolves. If we make significant changes we will make reasonable efforts to notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction, e.g. Ontario, Canada]. Choosing a jurisdiction may affect how disputes are handled worldwide.
